Pre-Orders

Pre-Order Shipping Info 
Due to high demand, some of our special products are on pre-order.

If you order from our website today, your payment will be processed immediately, and your product be shipped only once it is ready. You can cancel at anytime to get a complete refund, including shipping, up until the time the product is shipped. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

If an order contains an item with a pre-order, the items not on pre-order will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days once received.

 

Where do we ship?
We offer shipping all across India. Once we are out of pre-order, we anticipate that orders will be fulfilled and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Indian Public/Bank holidays. Once orders are placed, they will ship within 3-5 business days.

 

When will you get your order?
Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

 

Is your order eligible for free shipping?
All orders above INR 1000 are eligible for free shipping, unless mentioned otherwise due to a limited period offer.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner's name will be sent to you via email. You can track your order by logging into your registered account with stotodo or by visiting the tracking page (Menu > Support > Track order > Order ID / AWB No.)

Alternatively you can visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery.

What if you're unavailable at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will try three delivery attempts. Once failed, it will come back to us and your order will stand cancelled. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

 

Payment Options
For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), UPI, Wallets (Paytm, etc.) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

 

Cash On Delivery
We provide the option of Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes only. Please note that COD orders might not be eligible for free shipping and will be charged a nominal fee for COD.

 

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouses, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
