At stotodo, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by ensuring that your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time. Below are the details of our shipping policy.
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the time of purchase.
• Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Custom orders or items requiring personalization may take longer to process.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods:
2.1 Standard Shipping
• Delivery time: 4-5 business days (domestic).
• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
2.2 Express Shipping
• Delivery time: 2-3 business days (domestic).
• This option is available for customers who need their order delivered quickly. Express shipping charges will be higher and calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the following factors:
• Delivery location (local or international).
• Size and weight of the products ordered. (Volumetric weight)
• Shipping method selected (standard or express).
For returns and replacement due to defects, incorrect products, or damage during delivery (Non repairable), (as mentioned in the return & replacement policy) stotodo will cover the return shipping costs. For all other cases, such as Returns & Replacement/Exchange due to a change of mind etc (As per Non-returnable item policy), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs a standard charge of ₹200 - 500/- will be applicable and deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Restricted Areas: Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience delays or higher shipping fees.
P.O. Box Addresses: We recommend providing a physical address to avoid potential delivery issues, as certain couriers do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or by visiting the courier's website.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there are certain factors beyond our control that may cause delays, including:
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Carrier issues or strikes
• Incorrect address information provided
• Unforeseen circumstances
In the event of a delivery delay, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive an order with missing or damaged items, please refer to our Return and Replacement Policy and contact our customer support team within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, the courier may require a signature or photographic proof of delivery. Once delivered, the ownership and risk of the product passes to you, and we are no longer responsible for the package.
9. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are requested to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. stotodo will not be responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
- Inability to reach the customer via phone for delivery coordination
- Accidental sharing of the cancellation code with the delivery personnel
- Change in delivery address or contact details after the order has been dispatched
In such scenarios, if the package is returned to us, reshipping charges will apply. The minimum reshipping cost is ₹200, and may vary based on the volumetric weight of the order and the customer’s location.
