1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacement

You are eligible to request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

1.1 Defective Products

• Products with manufacturing defects such as:

    • Rust or corrosion.
    • Defects in the opening mechanism, including issues with threading, locking, or flipping mechanisms.

1.2 Incorrect Product Received

If the delivered product does not match the specifications of your order, such as:
    • Colour defect (such as patchy colour), model, or size.
    • Incorrect colour variant (e.g., you ordered a green Tank bottle but received a pink one).
    • Incorrect product type (e.g., you ordered a Tank bottle but received a Droid sipper flask).

1.3 Damaged During Delivery (Non Repairable)

Non repairable damage upon delivery, including:
    • Sharp dents, Deep scratches, cracks.
    

2. Conditions for Returns and Replacement

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The return or exchange request must be initiated within 24 hrs from the date of delivery.

2.2 Product Condition

The product must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • Returned with all components, accessories, and packaging materials intact.

1. Submit Evidence:
    • Include photographs and videos clearly showing the defect/issue along with the original packaging box
    • Attach a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation email.
2. Evaluation:
    • Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and determine if it qualifies for return & replacement coverage. If required, our team might request the product to be shipped to us in order to review the product‘s eligibility for return & replacement, based on the eligibility criteria. On reviewing the product, stotodo reserves the right to approve or deny the return & replacement claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or cleaning.
2. Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading, or scuffs).
3. Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or platforms.
4. Customized or personalized products that cannot be resold.
5. Claims made beyond the 24 hrs return window.
6. Issues based on personal preference or assumptions such as material, colour, texture, size, look, feel, or any other assumptions.
7. Products ordered in excess cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged/replacement.
8. Products in transit cannot be cancelled/returned/refunded/exchanged/replacement.
9. Orders delayed due to shipping or unforeseen circumstances, as we use third party logistics for our services.
