The stotodo Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals and content creators for promoting our premium drinkware and lifestyle products. Affiliates generate sales using unique tracking links and receive promotional assets, campaign opportunities, and brand partnership support upon approval.

2. Formal Approval Requirement

• All affiliates must send a formal application via email to support@stotodo.com prior to engaging in any promotional activities.
• Affiliates will only be considered part of the program once they receive a written approval confirmation from the stotodo team.
• Any activity initiated without formal approval will be deemed unauthorized and ineligible for recognition or benefits.

3. Eligibility Criteria

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Operate a valid website, blog, or active social media platform
• Create original content related to lifestyle, travel, sustainability, wellness, or similar categories
• Comply with applicable advertising and privacy laws in their jurisdiction

stotodo reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• Payout Frequency: Monthly
• Payout Method: Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal
• Validation Period: Payments will be made only after verifying the authenticity of the sale and order status
• Tax Compliance: Affiliates are responsible for managing their own tax filings and compliance

5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote stotodo through the following approved channels:

• Personal blogs or websites
• YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Email newsletters (excluding purchased or third-party mailing lists)
• Online communities or niche forums (with relevant audiences)

Prohibited Practices:

• Paid ads or search engine bidding on brand keywords (e.g., "stotodo bottle")
• Spamming or posting in unrelated groups or forums
• False or misleading claims about our products
• Sharing affiliate links on adult content, hate speech, gambling, or illegal platforms

6. Use of Brand Assets

Affiliates are permitted to use official brand materials provided by stotodo. These may include:

• Logos, banners, and campaign creatives
• Product images and approved captions

Unauthorized modification of brand assets or use of outdated/unauthorized creatives is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, and product images associated with the stotodo brand remain the intellectual property of stotodo. Affiliates are granted limited, revocable permission to use these assets solely for program-related promotional activities.

8. Termination Policy

Affiliate participation may be terminated without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of this policy
• Activity prior to approval
• 90+ days of inactivity
• Misuse of brand assets or unethical behavior

Commissions or rewards associated with unauthorized activities will not be honored.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates may be given access to confidential campaign details, discount codes, or launch information. Such information must not be disclosed publicly without written consent from stotodo.

10. Policy Changes

stotodo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this affiliate program or policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard. Continued participation after updates indicates acceptance of new terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

stotodo shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in this program. Our maximum liability shall not exceed any verified benefits earned by the affiliate.
