Personalization Terms & Conditions

At stotodo, we are committed to offering unique and thoughtful personalization on selected products, including our premium bottles. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review the following terms before placing a personalized order.

1. Order Placement & Processing

  • Personalized products are custom-made to order and may require additional production time. Please allow 3–5 business days in addition to the standard delivery timeline.

  • Once an order is confirmed with personalization details, it enters production immediately. No modifications, cancellations, or changes will be accepted after confirmation.

2. Accuracy of Personalization Details

  • The text/name provided by the customer will be replicated exactly as entered (including spelling, capitalization, spaces, and symbols).

  • Customers are solely responsible for verifying the correctness of the personalization details before checkout.

  • stotodo will not be held liable for errors submitted by the customer at the time of placing the order.

3. Fonts, Design & Placement

  • Personalization will only be executed in the approved fonts, sizes, and placement options displayed on our website or product page.

  • Requests outside the standard design options (such as special characters, logos, or custom artwork) cannot be accommodated unless expressly offered.

  • stotodo reserves the right to reject personalization requests that are:

    • Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate in nature.
    • Violating third-party intellectual property or trademarks.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Exceptions apply only for manufacturing defects, incorrect personalization due to our error, or product damage during delivery. In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photo/video proof for resolution.

5. Quality Check Before Dispatch

  • Every personalized product undergoes a manual quality check before dispatch.

  • Each bottle is inspected for leakage, dents, scratches, engraving quality, and finishing.

  • The product is cleaned, dried, and securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

6. Product Care Disclaimer

  • Personalization may naturally fade or show wear over time depending on usage and cleaning methods.

  • Customers are advised to follow the provided care instructions to maintain personalization quality.

7. stotodo Rights

  • stotodo reserves the right to refuse personalization that does not meet company guidelines.

  • We may update or amend this policy periodically to improve clarity and fairness.
