Offers, Discounts & Campaign Terms

stotodo offers discounts, milestone benefits, and promotional campaigns to enhance your shopping experience. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following terms:

1. Single Offer Usage

• Only one offer, discount, coupon code, or promotional campaign can be applied per order.
• Multiple offers cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated by stotodo.

2. Checkout Milestone Offers

• Milestone-based offers (e.g., “Spend ₹5,000 and get a free gift” or “Spend ₹3,000 and get ₹300 off”) are independent offers and cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, or promotion.
• The eligibility for milestone benefits will be calculated only on the final billing amount payable at checkout (after applying coupons, discounts, wallet credits, or store credits).
• If the order value drops below the milestone threshold due to cancellations, returns, or adjustments, the milestone benefit will become invalid and may be revoked.

3. Applicability & Exclusions

• Unless specifically stated, offers will not apply on personalized products, gift cards, combo packs, or already discounted items.
• Products purchased under clearance, flash sale, or special price events are excluded.
• Free gifts or additional benefits received under milestone campaigns are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

4. Offer Validity

• Every discount, coupon, or milestone offer will have a defined validity period. Expired offers will not be extended or reinstated.
• Offers cannot be claimed on orders placed outside the validity period.

5. Redemption Terms

• Coupons and milestone offers are valid for single-use only and cannot be reused, transferred, or exchanged for cash/store credit.
• In case of cancellation or eligible return, the coupon or milestone offer will be treated as redeemed and cannot be reinstated.

6. Misuse of Offers

• Any misuse of discount codes or milestone campaigns, including fraudulent redemption, may result in cancellation of the order and suspension of account privileges.

7. Right to Amend

• stotodo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any offer, discount, or milestone benefit at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, stotodo’s decision will be final and binding.
